To end caste bias, IIT-Bombay says don't ask mates their JEE ranks

In a step towards making the institute more inclusive in the wake of a first-year student, Darshan Solanki, died by suicide on campus, IIT-Bombay has asked its students to refrain from asking each other's JEE (Advanced) ranks or their GATE scores or any information that may reveal their caste or other related aspects. The guidelines urge students to bond with each other irrespective of their caste, religion or socio-economic status.

OJEE has released the provisional seat allotment result for Round 1 of Odisha NEET 2023. CAT 2023 notification released on iimcat.ac.in, registration begins August 2

2500 bicycles distributed to girl students of government schools in Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh

State Industries and IT Minister, Gudivada Amarnath, devised a creative plan to express his gratitude to his constituency and the public. 11 students from Bathinda selected to get coaching for JEE from CSRL

Eleven students from government schools in Bathinda have been selected by Hindustan Petroleum Mittal Energy Limited to receive coaching for JEE Main and JEE Advance, with the aim of securing admission to IIT and NITs.
