எப்படி விண்ணப்பிப்பது: 

 

(அ) ​​விண்ணப்பம் ஆங்கிலம்/இந்தி மொழியில் மட்டுமே நிரப்பப்ப வேண்டும்.

(ஆ) எந்த ஒரு விண்ணப்பதாரரும் ஒரே பதவிக்கு ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களை அனுப்பகூடாது. விண்ணப்பதாரா்கள் ஒரு பதவிக்கு ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களை விண்ணப்பித்தால், விண்ணப்பம் ரத்து செய்யப்படலாம்.

 (இ) விண்ணப்பப் படிவம் மற்றும் அட்மிட் கார்டில் விண்ணப்பதாரா் சமீபத்திய புகைப்படத்தை ஒட்ட வேண்டும். விண்ணப்பதாரா் தன்னுடன் போதுமான எண்ணிக்கையிலான (குறைந்தபட்சம் 08) புகைப்படங்களை வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

(இ)   ஒரு விண்ணப்பதாரா் மெட்ரிகுலேஷன்/எஸ்எஸ்சி/எச்ஆர் செகண்டரி/ஸ்ஆர் செகண்டரிக்குப் பிறகு தனது பெயரை மாற்றியிருந்தால் அல்லது தனது பெயரின் ஒரு பகுதியைக் குறைத்திருந்தால் அல்லது சேர்த்திருந்தால், அவர் தனது பெயரை மாற்றியதற்கான அரசிதழ் அறிவிப்பின் சான்றளிக்கப்பட்ட நகலைச் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். மெட்ரிக் பிறகு அல்லது மேலும் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செயல்பாட்டில் தோன்றுவதற்கு. மாற்றப்பட்ட பெயர் அறிவிப்பிலும் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.

Tamilnadu free land for poor people act

Tamil Nadu Free Land Act is applicable only to those persons residing in Tamil Nadu whose total income per annum does not exceed Rs. 2 lakhs. This law was passed by the Government of Tamil Nadu on 15th April 1957. The aim of this law is to give away land at subsidized rates to the poor farmers residing in Tamil Nadu. Since the inception of this law, nearly 15 thousand hectares of land was given to the poor families residing in Tamil Nadu.

If you wish to avail benefit under this law, then you should first submit an application along with a self-attested copy of income tax return to the district collector concerned. After verification of your eligibility, you will receive a letter stating approval/disapproval from the District Collector. If your application is approved, then you will receive a document called PIL (Petitioner Information Letter). You can apply for free land up to three times. However, the amount of land that you can claim in one application cannot exceed 10 acres. You can claim this free land through the following methods.

Free Land Scheme Application Procedure

The procedure to avail free land under this scheme is simple but tedious. One needs to fill the application form duly signed with self attested copies of documents along with a proof of ownership of agricultural lands at the time of registration of immovable property under section 2(d). The applicant shall produce a letter from the Collector stating that the land was not taken possession by any private person prior to registration and that he does not hold a license to cultivate crops.

Registration of Agricultural Lands

After filling the application forms and submitting necessary documents, the applicant should obtain a copy of the certificate of registration of his land from the Revenue department. Once the details of the land are recorded, the Department would issue a Certificate of Registration in Form No. 1 and send a receipt of registration to the applicant.

Transfer of Registered Agricultural Lands

Registered Agricultural land may be transferred by the registered owner only. He/she must inform the respective revenue authority before transfer. A copy of the title deed should be submitted together with the application form. The same document will be furnished to the revenue authorities on demand. After verifying the documents, the revenue authorities will issue a notice informing the relevant owners of their rights.

Prohibition of Sale of Unregistered Agricultural Lands

It is prohibited to sell any unregistered agricultural lands and no allotments can be granted to anybody on such lands. An application in this regard should be forwarded to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Veterinary Services (CAVS).

ஆப் லைன் விண்ணப்பம்

விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் சுயமுகவரியிட்ட உறை மற்றும் கட்டணமாக ரூ. 100/-க்கான (postel order) அஞ்சல் ஆர்டர் “Public Fund Account, MH Chennai”  என்ற பெயரில் எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

இரண்டு சமீபத்திய பாஸ்போர்ட் அளவு புகைப்படத்தை விண்ணப்பத்தில் இணைக்க வேண்டும்

கல்வி தேர்ச்சி சான்றிதழ் நகல் இணைக்க வேண்டும்.

Register Post, Speed Post மூலம் மட்டுமே விண்ணப்பங்களை அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.

விண்ணப்பங்கள் அனுப்ப வேண்டிய முகவரி

“The Commandant, Military Hospital, Defence Colony Road, Chennai. Tamilnadu. Pin : 600032”

விண்ணப்ப உறையின் மேல் “Application for the Post of …………..” என விண்ணப்பிக்கும் பணியின் பெயரை எழுத வேண்டும்.
