AIIMS Delhi collaborates with IP University to strengthen patient grievance redressal

IP University and AIIMS Delhi have entered an MoU to enhance AIIMS's patient grievance redressal system. IP University will provide technical support by developing a web application for user feedback on security and sanitation. Initially, for the mother and child care block, the pilot project will expand to other blocks. The collaboration aims to improve patient services and streamline feedback mechanisms with the expertise of IP University's School of Automation & Robotics.
